Legal Secretaries International Inc. offers six specialty certification exams leading to the designation of Certified Legal Secretary Specialist (CL§). The exams are given yearly at meetings of Legal Secretaries International Inc. They can be given locally for groups of ten or more. Examination fee is $35 for members and $75 for non-members. Five years of law-related experience is required, with educational and certification waivers allowed for up to three years.
